Lately Amber and I have had the similar love for cameras. I had started a hobby I made up called Camera Hunting, when I would look for certain cameras that I think I might like. Kinda like window shopping.
Right now our favorite cameras are the digital instant cameras. Amber talked about a certain type that she liked, this one is the Fujifilm instax mini 8. She like the pink kind:
I've done a little research and from what I've gotten from it was that this camera is for beginners if they are just getting into Fujifilm, and want a pretty basic interface, this camera is also good for kids, too. [By the way there is one small problem with the camera and that's whenever you take a picture the flash is always on and you can't turn it off so you should put maybe a band-aid over it if you don't always need flash.]
These cameras have a variety of colors that go from White, Yellow, Pastel Blue, Pink, and recently Grape, and Raspberry.
The camera that I like is slimmer and has more of a rectangular shape. It's made of plastic so it feels just like a iPhone 5C when you hold it in your hands. This camera is the Polaroid Snap.
For now I think I like the red one, although I have limited choices, therefore the colors that they have are White, Black and Blue. Despite the review I've seen, I feel like I'd be okay and comfortable with the little features that it has, I don't think it will bother me. Definitely had the same features as the Fujifilm. I can also print a picture without the classic Polaroid border. It has a photo booth mode that can take 6 pictures in 10 seconds. Basically most of what I know about this one.
So yeah, we love instant digital cameras. And we can't wait to get one of our own. In the meantime, I'll STILL count on my iPod for pics and filming.
